Shipping Method
We ship the cheapest shipping method for your order. We would be happy to ship a specific method if you so request for an additional charge. We ship by USPS and fedex. We will need an actual street address for Fedex. Most packages are sent via 1st class or parcel post so we can maintain low shipping costs. If you wish to have your order sent priority mail or Fedex. Please contact us so we can get you the additional costs of shipping.
US shipping
All shipments come with a tracking or delivery confirmation number free of charge to you. This makes it easy for both of us to keep know where your package is. All packages scanned as delivered are no longer our responsibility. We apologize but we can not be responsible for packages that might get mis delivered, stolen or damaged once the carrier leaves them. For this reason we would like to suggest you consider paying a little extra for signature confirmation. This way it ensures that you are the one who got the package.
Insurance ~ Insurance is optional on all USPS packages. On Fedex and UPS you are insured for up to $100.00. Anything above and beyond that is your responsibility to purchase insurance for. If you do not purchase insurance we are not responsible to replace or refund you for your items. Please note **we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods**. Once your package leaves our hands we can't be held responsible for what happens to it.
International Orders
We only charge exact shipping costs to you. Please be aware of and take into consideration long delays. Due to customs sometimes orders can take 6 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Time
All instock items ship out within 2-3 days once payment is received.
Custom orders are normally complete and ready to ship within 3 - 6 weeks time. However this is subject to change. Depending on amount of special orders and holidays. This time could be longer then 3 - 6 weeks. We try our best to keep you informed if the wait will be longer.
Shipping delays ~ Once a package leaves our hands we can't control how long the delivery might take. For this reason we do not consider a package lost until 30 days from the date of mailing has passed. This is the time required by the post office to consider something lost. Most packages arrive to their destination in a timely manner. But there are occasions that a delay may occur. We understand this to be as frustrationing to you as to know our customers are waiting.
Product Policies
Returns & Exchanges ~ Sorry we can not issue refunds. We can only offer exchanges or store credit. We will accept unused, unwashed, undamaged and re sellable products. Sorry we are not able to refund shipping costs. All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to determine what is re sellable condition. If we find a product not to be re sellable as new and un used.
Please note clearance items are not able to be returned. Clearance items sales are final.
Defective Products ~ We will stand behind our WAHMship for a 30 day period. We are not responsible for misuse or improper care of our products. Please contact us on how to handle any issues with defective items.
Payment Methods
We accept payments from paypal (funded and credit card), money orders and personal checks (held for 10 days for check clearance).
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an Ohio address will be charged 6.25% in sales tax.
