Diaper Covers
Our covers can be constructed in 4 manners. We can either use solid PUL, fleece or print fabrics. Our print fabrics are mainly cotton wovens. However we do occasionally find cotton knits, polyester wovens or polyester knits to use as well. We also have standard fleece prints. This is not name brand fleece so it does have the chance to become more "pilly". But we have tested out this printed fleece with PUL inside and they work great!!
Please understand when using cotton fabric on the outside. These do have a slight chance of increase in wicking. Just as any cover if it's saturated enough it will wick. The cotton prints just may wick sooner then the solid PUL or solid Fleece will.
Our covers are sewn together. Then turned and top stitched for that clean and professional look. We then sew in the leg casings after turning. We feel that leg casing sewn after turning. Increase their purpose to contain any poo your baby will make. No worries about your inside fabric rolling to the out and wicking. No worrying about make sure the legs and fabric are properly positioned. Just place diaper on baby and be confident all those messy diapers will stay messy diapers. Rather then turning into a really messy baby!!
COMBINATION OPTIONS
Here are the 4 possible combinations for your covers.
Solid PUL ~ 2 layers of PUL sewn together to make your cover. You can use 2 colors of PUL to make a 2 toned cover!!
Fleece ~ We will use Malden Mills fleece in solid colors. Again 2 layers will be used. Our fleece also contains DWR for added waterproof protection.
Fleece & Solid PUL combo ~ You will get a solid PUL color on the inside. With a printed fleece fabric on the outside. Again this is standard fleece so it may get more "pilly" then the Malden Mills.
Print ~ We put any print fabric we have on our site. Then combine that with a layer of solid PUL on the inside.
