AIO construction
Our AIO diapers can be constructed in several manners. We can use solid PUL for the outside material. We can also use a print fabric. Our print fabrics are mainly cotton wovens. However we do occasionally find cotton knits, polyester wovens or polyester knits to use as well. We take your choice of print fabric and place it over a hidden layer of white PUL to make it waterproof. Please understand that because it is a cotton fabric on the outside. These do have a slight chance of increase in wicking. Just as any diaper if it's saturated enough it will wick. So will both the prints and the solids. The prints just may wick sooner then the solids will.

Soaker Info
Our soakers are made with Microfiber. Microfiber is a WONDERFUL product that absorbs a lot with little bulk. We have sandwiched our soakers. It keeps them from loosing their liquid contents when pressure is applied. Microfiber holds a lot but when compressed by the baby sitting for example. The contents are easily pushed back out of the towel. By sandwiching them you don't have to worry about them leaking all over. We take microfiber and sandwich it between either Sherpa or Hemp fleece!! We then sew your soaker to a body layer of birdseye. We then add another body layer of birdseye to help "mask" where the soaker is. This way you don't have lines showing on the inside or out from the soaker pad.
You can choose what material your soaker is finished with. You can also choose between a light soaker or heavy soaker. Our light soaker offers 1 layer of microfiber sandwiched between sherpa or hemp fleece. Our heavy soaker offers 3 layers of microfiber sandwiched between sherpa or hemp fleece.
Light soaker provides a trimmer fit without as much absorbancy.
Heavy soaker provides a great absorbancy with a little more bulk. |
